Ebury Place

Ebury Place is an 11-storey club residence comprised of 47 apartments. Residents may choose between two and three-bedroom apartments sized from 560 sq ft to 958 sq ft. Ebury Place has great connectivity either you love walking – Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park is a 30-minutes stroll – or prefer public transport.

All apartments have minimalistic design finishes in 3 different color palettes feature Siemens integrated appliances, stone worktops, refined detailing and underfloor heating. Bathrooms feature porcelain/ceramic tiles to walls, contemporary white sanitary ware, mirrored cabinet with integrated shaver socket, heated towel radiator.

The site is fragmented into 3 principle volumes of 3, 6 and 11 storeys. Adjacent to Ebury Place sits the new cutting edge learning facility, Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College, for 550 pupils of 14 to 18 year old.
